Q: How long is shipping?
A: Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the day that you purchase. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. Contact your package's shipping carrier for any delivery questions you may have. For more in depth details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Q: What is our return policy?
A: We are happy to offer a return within 7 days of the delivery date if the product has a manufacturer defect. Please note that all sales are final on ALL ITEMS. When making a return there will be a $5 restocking fee to cover the process of receiving and inspecting the product. Please make sure to include the items in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns without this. For more information please refer to our Returns and Refunds Page.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing information on the shipment of your order, including your tracking number.
Q: Will the handles clear the door frame when going up and down?
A: The hinges are essential flush, and the handles protrude from the door 1/2 of and inch. There should be no issues with clearance. If you are unsure, we recommend measure the distance between the face of the door and the frame of the door.
Q: What makes the Garage Decor stay on?
A: They are held on by strong, neodymium magnets.
Q: Will my garage door work?
A: We recommend testing a magnet that you have on the door first before buying! The most compatible doors are steel and steel-core doors. The doors that would not work are wood and aluminum garage doors.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email containing your tracking number.
