How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $6.99 unless order total is over $70, then shipping is free.
Processing Time
Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the day that you purchase. Additional processing time is required during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Number
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to start updating. You can track your package directly on our website with just your email and your order number.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. Contact your package's shipping carrier for any delivery questions you may have. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

“Return to Sender”
Prestige Garage Designs cannot be held liable for failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package. The carrier of your package classifies what they deem undeliverable and we do ask that our customers ensure that all information provided to us is accurate upon checking out. Please do not refuse your package, before refusing your package, please contact us at Support@PrestigeGarageDesigns.com so we can take you through the necessary steps of a return.
Lost Package
Sometimes unfortunate events occur of a package being delayed, lost, missing, or stolen packages. Because these happen during times of transit, under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for the mail going through delivery services. Prestige Garage Designs cannot be held responsible for such events. Prestige Garage Designs will do as much as possible to track down your missing package. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
